How one man’s frustration became an opportunity
After years working in the IT industry, Michael Birman became frustrated with the inefficiencies of small in-house IT teams and the common reactive approach to IT problems. He saw an opportunity to improve through proactive, preventive IT support.
Michael graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a minor in Economics, though his true passion was always IT. Early in his career, he earned certifications from companies such as Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, Kaseya, and Dell, and later expanded his knowledge through industry research, seminars, and hands-on testing. Today, he also mentors junior technicians, passing on much of his experience.
